It may be a few years before fans see Mitchell Smith operating at anywhere near his prime, but suffice it to say the skinny power forward is making meaningful progress. He’s highly mobile and understands defensive positioning already, which while not electrifying on a highlight reel certainly bodes well for his collegiate future.
