Wagner's LOI is IN

There was but one hurdle for Rosa-Luxemburg-Gymnasium PF Moritz Wagner to clear before he could head to Michigan. Michigan headman John Beilein released word Friday afternoon that his lone signee in 2015 is in the clear.
