Elfrid Payton Focused On Local Youth

HOUSTON — On the heels of a successful rookie season with the Orlando Magic, former Louisiana point guard Elfrid Payton traveled to Texas last weekend to watch the third session of the Nike EYBL in Houston’s MI3 Center.
