Dawkins, Doyle Key Michigan Comeback Win

Michigan trailed by as many as 13 late in the second half but freshmen Ricky Doyle and Aubrey Dawkins keyed a big time comeback as the Wolverines topped Illinois 73-65 to win the Big Ten opener in overtime.
