Michigan coach John Beilein says his Wolverines continue to deal with several minor injuries coming off the holiday break and leading up to Tuesday's Big Ten opener against Illinois, but calls it a part of college basketball. Beilein also comments on D.J. Wilson's progress recovering from a knee sprain.
