CHICAGO -- The first of two open McDonald's All-American practices got underway on Monday. The action at Quest Sportsplex was competitive and full of intensity. Among the story lines were Jahlil Okafor's dominance, Stanley Johnson's versatility and the struggles at the point guard position.
