Terps Still Pushing For Carr

The Terps have had an offer out to Roman Catholic (Philadelphia, Pa.) class of 2016 point guard Tony Carr since last July, and even though Maryland has since secured lead guard Anthony Cowan (St. John’s/Washington, D.C.) they’re still making a potent push for the rugged Philly product.
