Bobby Portis and Michael Qualls both score 17 points and freshman Anton Beard chipped in 10 first-half points as Arkansas downs Tennessee 69-64 before 12,753 fans Tuesday night at Bud Walton Arena to continue the Razorbacks' best start in 17 years.
