Briscoe ready to cut list; Cards in the mix

Roselle (N.J.) Catholic guard Isaiah Briscoe is a top target in the Class of 2015 for the University of Louisville. Briscoe is playing with the USA Basketball U-18 team right now and then will narrow his list of colleges to eight.
