Carter eligible for Florida

The Florida backcourt will have an immediate boost to start the 2013-14 season. With Scottie Wilbekin facing a suspension to start the year, Florida found out on Monday that the NCAA has allowed Rutgers transfer Eli Carter to be eligible immediately. Carter is also rehabbing a fractured fibula he suffered near the end of last season.
