JSBL Highlight Reel: Logan Kelley

WALL TOWNSHIP, N.J. -- Rutgers sophomore Logan Kelley found a spot on the scholarship roster this summer and has spent July improving his offensive skills in the Jersey Shore Basketball League. One of the most consistent scorers of the summer, Kelley led Rutgers guards in scoring last week at Wall High School.
